We are a leading leisure and holiday company in the UK and we’ve got two fantastic brands - Haven and Warner Hotels. Each has its own unique flair, Haven is all about family fun and entertainment, while Warner is all about a place where adults come to unwind and relax – most importantly they both have the shared mission of building memories that last a lifetime.

Whilst most teams work within the brand, some departments are not brand-aligned but instead provide support across both brands. Departments such as Finance and Procurement may serve both brands, but their processes may differ. Therefore, it is crucial to maintain a balance between brand-specific functions and cross-functional collaborations to ensure the appropriate allocation of resources and support functions. By recognising the differences between brand-specific functions and group support functions, Bourne Leisure aims to promote better coordination, improve operational efficiencies, and better address the unique needs of each brand while providing top-quality services and guest experiences.
